Don’t blame the corona lockdown as an excuse for losing fitness. UK biathlete Scott Dixon has devised a series of home training sessions which you can join using the virtual meetings app Zoom. The sessions starting this week (today) are graded for different ability levels. Scott Dixon will be on screen guiding you through various ski-specific exercises for mobility, balance, fitness and core strength.
Details of how to join the online video training sessions are in this explanatory document from Scott (see link). Group sessions are only £5 per session or £25 for six sessions (2 per week over the next 3 weeks). It seems like a good offer and is no doubt a worthwhile programme.
